No, You Haven't Got a House

Homeownership, just pay off that mortgage and the house is all yours, right? Wrong. You will never be done paying because the house you call your home is not yours.

If you must pay someone money on a regular basis to avoid being evicted from your home, are you truly a homeowner? What if that same organization that you pay money to under threat of eviction also controls your use of the property? What if they forbid you to run a store from your home, or allow a second family to move in, and enforce such with zoning laws? What if they also prevent you from making any significant modifications to the property without their written permission, in the form of PERmit requirements? Is the home really yours?

You are not able to add, subtract, or modify any structures on “your” property without permission from us in government. You cannot use the property for purposes we don't approve of. You must pay us money on a regular basis so we don't toss you and your family out of "your" home and onto the street. Does this sound like any common sense definition of the word ownership? You might hold legal title to the property, but do you really own it in the above circumstances?

What you have is in effect a never ending transferable lease. You Americans think you will someday own your homes in the land of the free. It is in this very land of the free that you don’t even realize what has happened. Your homes have been taken from you. Through a slow erosion of your property rights you have become tenants in your own homes, renting them from their confiscators and true owners, the states and local governments.

In spite of your Federal Constitutions 5th amendment we in government have effectively confiscated your homes and rented them back to you right here in the land of the free, and you didn't even notice!!  We deserve even more credit for pulling one over on you because this was the case WHILE we had you all riled up about resisting a Communist (read USSR) takeover!!

You stupid little americans; you deserve to have lost your homes to us.

Where an excess of power prevails, property of no sort is duly respected. No man is safe in his opinions, his person, his faculties, or his possessions.

Just The Way You Wanted It

It is a crime for you Americans to save what you earn. You must first and foremost pay us what we have decided you owe us. You must hand this money over before you buy food for your children, even before it arrives in your bank account. Your employer will cooperate with us to make sure you never get a chance to handle the money you owe us.

You people like it this way. You voted away your money when we promised you various benefits in return for your money. You never got these promises in writing, and the conditions were such that you had to keep paying us regardless of when, how, or even if the benefits are ever delivered to you. You signed away your right to withhold your tax payments under the above terms over and over again. You cannot even withhold your own money in protest, yet you keep working for us to get that little bit of your own money that we allow you to keep, that little commission we use to motivate you. Peaceful resistance is not possible for you; that’s the way you wanted it.

Are you enjoying your government benefits? Do you feel you are getting your moneys worth? Who cares? You sure don’t, and even if you did you would keep paying anyway. Either way, we get to keep your money and use it however we please. We’ve done quite well with it, by the way. As you can see here we are earning more than you with money we took from you. We deserve it.

I wish to thank you. You save us the trouble of invoicing you by filing out your form 1040 every year. It would be a lot of work for us, and we would have to use some of the money we take from you to accomplish this. Instead, you pay about $1,000 and 25 hours per person annually to take care of this for us, allowing us to focus our efforts on taking more of your money. With roughly 70,000 pages + Obamacare in all it is easy for you to make a mistake, and lucrative for us when you do. Our penalty rates are very high. In fact, they amount to usury, and if we had to follow state laws I have no doubt our penalties would be illegal in many States. We are the Federal government. We can do what we want.

Tea Party? HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Boston Tea Party was a protest of a consumption tax that applied only to 1 item that nobody needed. The men who carried out the “Tea Party” risked prison on order to protest this tax which they viewed as unjust.

Things like this don’t happen anymore. Today, if the Tea Partiers were to muster up enough courage to, say for example burn down an empty liquor store or two in protest of the federal alcohol and income tax, it would be big news. The American spirit that inspired the Boston Tea Party resides in exceedingly few Americans today, most of you are content to sit in your homes and watch television. You see, we have been conditioning you thru that same television to think a certain way, to accept our ideas, and think as we would like you to think. We took over public education in the early 70’s to get a head start, and eliminate the influence of the local communities on public schools. We taught you to be good little Americans while slowly removing civics, the bill of rights, etc. from the curriculum. Military intelligence calls this an IO, or Information Operations campaign. We use it on foreign populations to get them to accept US troops and the conditions we impose on them, and to direct their hostility towards those who oppose us. It works just as well on you people.

We have you convinced that not paying taxes in a country born in a tax revolt is somehow shamefully unpatriotic. This is true even though most of you see that billions are, at best, misused, and, at worst, trillions are wasted. The fact that about one half of your hard earned income goes to us in government thru various forms of taxation would be abhorrent to the original Americans of the early 1800s. You Americans of the early 2000’s like it this way. You are happy when we imprison one of your own for attempting to keep more than his “fair share” of his own hard earned money. You voted for a man who forced you to either sign up for various corporate insurance programs or face heavy fines and possible prison, and you loved him. Of course if the local News Paper company was given the authority to fine, and even imprison people who were not subscribers you would be irate, and fiercely stand up for your rights and freedom against this injustice. When this same action is taken by us, the government, you may go so far as to express your disapproval to your neighbors but would never have the courage to actually stand up for yourselves. You will not even think to question why you allow us to take such liberties when dealing with you.

We have IOed you into a state of perceived helplessness – you feel as if you cannot possibly take care of yourself with out us stepping in and protecting you from your own bad judgment.

"... God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty.... And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure."
- Thomas Jefferson
